LEED 2009, what does it mean for you and the LEED AP exam?
Short answer: NOTHING (for now)!
Long answer: The current exams being administered are based on the following:
NC = 2.2 3rd Edition
CI = 2.0
EB = 2.0
The USGBC has just completed the first round of public comment (as of June 23, 2008). The rating system called LEED 2009 (sometimes referred to as LEED NC 3.0), has not been released for use as of yet. The expectation is that it will be released late in 2008. There has not been any announcement by the GBCI as to when they will start testing using this system. This is not expected until early 2009.
